Shipping Policy:

All USA orders will be shipped via USPS Priority mail, unless the purchaser has selected Express Shipping. Orders typically ship within 48 hours of being placed and once shipped, an email with your tracking information will be sent. Greenlight Distribution, LLC is committed to high standards of customer service and we will help in locating your package in the event it is lost or stolen, however once an order is shipped Greenlight Distribution, LLC takes NO financial responsibility in the event that the package is damaged, lost, or stolen. We cannot refund any funds lost due to a mis-shipment or stolen package.

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of the product, all sales on Mary Jane potpourri are final. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us. All other returns on products such as apparel or other Mary Jane souvenirs and novelties are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the shipment date. We are unable to accept returns on used or open items. We are unable to accept unauthorized returns. Please make sure to contact Greenlight Distribution BEFORE returning an item to us. Please note that we are unable to issue a credit for any shipping costs associated with the delivery and/or the return of items. In the event that Greenlight Distribution is at fault and we sent you the wrong item(s), we will pay for all shipping costs associated with the shipment to your location and back to our warehouse. Please contact info@shopmaryjane.com for the necessary actions required in order to return an item. Once a credit has been initiated by Greenlight Distribution, it can then take your credit card company up to 5 business days to apply the credit to your account. You can check on the status of your return at any time by contacting Greenlight Distribution, LLC at the number listed.
